SHIPPING:
We do our best to select, pack and ship our statues with great care.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days after placing the order for us to deliver to
the mail carrier you have selected.

 PICK UP PRE ORDER ITEMS!

MUST PICK UP WITHIN 7 Business DAYS OR A 30% Restocking Fee Will Be Applied And Order Canceled, And will be Blocked from FUTURE Pre Orders!

RETURN & EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns and exchanges

If you receive an item not in the condition advertised please send us photos by e-mail to mickey@twindragonscollections.com All claims must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the product.

IN-STOCK & PRE-ORDER SHIPPING:
If you order multiple items in one transaction, and it includes a pre-order item,
all items will be shipped once the last pre-order item becomes available.

If you want the in-stock item immediately, please make separate transactions.

CANCELLATIONS
Any cancelled orders after 2 business days will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

All Statues are from a 3rd party source will take some time for your order to come in. All Statues are made of high-quality materials and will be promptly describe in the item descriptions. When you item is shipped, please record a video of you opening package to insure the item arrived a perfect condition. If there is any damage to the product include that in the video and reach out to us and we will do our very best to replace the part of the statue that was damaged or replace it for a new one.
